Northwest Missouri State University, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.

Heather is proud to have raised her family in the Northland and has been a resident of Kearney for over 35 years. Getting to know her HOA members and serving each community in Kansas City is

a pleasure for Heather and her team. Helping to improve people’s lives, homes and achieve their goals is what drives her and her team every day. “HOME is a person’s safe space and making that happen for every member is the goal.” - Heather

Rachael has been an irreplaceable

addition to our team. She is

committed to serving our communities and oversees all office operations. Rachel has many facets such as; customer service, event coordination, and staff management. She married her high school sweetheart and has two amazing grown daughters. In her free time you will find her crafting, or playing with her pup Bandit.

Gabe has worked in social

media marketing for brands like

Cogs and Marvel, ShowTime, LA Times, Paramount +, and Daily Harvest. He holds an associates degree from AMDA College in New York City. You may find Gabe performing in shows throughout the city in his free time.
